Like any good story, this one begins with two best friends meeting at hockey camp, and ends with life-changing crab pretzels. Gary and Calvin (beloved) started SSMC in 1995, and just nine years later, dynamite exploded to pave way for a third location. Each "Mine" houses diners within its rustic wooden framework, serving a full spectrum of comfort food and sensibly priced drinks.
